It's coming down pretty hard today, so though we had grand plans of making a multi-tart feast today, we have only half the ingredients!



Before the weather took a turn for the crummy we made it to the Wednesday market at Motte Piquet (and Lourmel) and got most of what we need for our almond crusted lemon tart and onion cauliflower savory tart, but we both decided that playing poker and a wine were more fun than walking around in puddles all day in search of vegan butter and agar.


So there you have it!
